Blepharoplasty is an individualised procedure and is not suitable for everyone. It is therefore important to attend your consultation so Mr Richards can analyse your facial anatomy to determine whether this procedure will offer you your desired results.
You can expect to recover relatively quickly following your eyelid surgery. You may experience some swelling and bruising but this can be minimised by an overnight stay following the procedure.
You may also experience some blurred vision for a couple of days post-surgery as well as some dryness and itchiness.
Your surgeon will advise you on how long you need to rest following treatment however you can expect to resume your daily activities 7-10 days after treatment.
A comprehensive aftercare package will be provided to you by your Plastic Surgeon.
